So plan so far is Chip is going to want greshken to hold the tank cannon at Ricto's door to his home  when Chip calls him. once he opens the door we're blowing him to bits.

 

we're on our way back with the group now and will soon reach ponyville, chip put the core in and just has to load it.

Oh so there's an according stat to every skill you can find in rule book

 

Skill = (corresponding SPECIAL x 2) + .5 luck [.5 increments are rounded down]

 

So using Chip as an example with science... intelligence 10 luck 7 x .5

 

Science = ( 10 x 2) + 3 = 23
