But often I shower at night. If I don't, my body will refuse to go to sleep.

Getting up in the morning to go to work has never been easy to me, so I try to do this the night before to save some time. This doesn't work always like for example in a hot summer, there I have to take a shower in the morning. But if I can prefer to do this the night before.
