Not only that, they seem to have a consciounce (damn... i cant spell dat) Anyway, 2nd most intelligent species on earth, they want to pass a law in which they are to be treated as non-human people (sounds-weird)... in other words, if you kill a dolphin you would get the same punishment as killing a human.
