I'm gonna go with brownies because you can get pretty good gluten free versions these days, and I have never seen a gluten free Twinkie before (although maybe in the US they've got them, not sure).

Clearly brownies because it does not look wrong in context when you eat a brownie. Plus not all brownies are the same you can make them any way you like.
