Essentially, bypassing or breaking someone else's defenses by exploiting weak points instead of using brute force. In your case, by reading energy signatures.

Well then yes, though not everyone can do it. Sparky reads magic signatures, Lektra interprets them. She can do it too, but it's easier for Sparky.

SM lost?

Damn,  I'm gonna have to rephrase my visiting words.

Not yet, though I don't predict myself having a high chance of winning.

I honestly thought she would win AND I bet money on her. Oh f8ck to 2 things right now:

1. I lost my money. (No big deal)  >_>

2. I'm screwed against Lektra!

Just cause she can fly? It's not Peg flight you know.

Actually, I would guess the big reason is that she has both power and the ability to use it, not only basically, but intellectually as well. Lektra is a scientist who can fight; something like Wilhelm, but better. Brute strength and skill is all well and good, but when it comes down to a match like this, not only is a scientist or inventor's intellect useful, it's practically mandatory for a quick and simple end.

So in other words:

Wanna find/fight a child? Send a child.

Wanna find/fight a criminal? Send a criminal.

Wanna find/fight a scientist? Send a scientist or somepony with similar intellect.

Am I right folks? :comeatus:

Essentially, she has the ability to counter almost anything I can do once she sees it, and I don't have the versatility to keep surprising her. Essentially, it's not going to be long before I run out of options, and end up losing like Skitz. :o

Also, just waiting on you to edit your post on the barriers, Bronislav.

It seems to me that if I wanna have a chance against Lektra, IB'll HAVE to use a certain variation.  >_>

You're right Orion, but it does come down a bit to me as the writer. I could still mess up on things.

I could still mess up you know. I say it's too early to tell.

Sorry, just big on prediction, although the fact that you have to mess up gives me a pretty good indicator on where this match is going. :o

By the way, those katanas are made out of solid energy, correct?

Edit: Hey ice Blizzard, I got the Hard stages for Trixie and Maud.

Trixie: Grand Stage (from Boast Busters)

Maud Pie: Rock Farm

What do you think should be easy for them?

They're made of solidified electricity she makes, and have a mild shock on connecting. Think of the way Green Lantern makes his stuff, but instead of light it's electricty that's been solidified. It's the same principle as yours, but different stuff.

Why? Are we going to play who can shatter who's magic constructs better?

Ice constructs > all others (may not be true but they're still cool B) )

@,

Ok I'm back stable to think:

Maud Easy: (that stupid course Pinkie made from Maud's episode) Maud's Section of that.

Trixie Easy: Where she fought Twi too? My brain =  :derp: right now sorry.  :adorkable:

SUNSET SHIMMER! Easy: Portal Room Hard: The Plane Within the Portal

@

...been reading everything, so i guess calimist is a thing?  (laughed IRL)

That's your call not mine.

BTW chock up IB vs. SM again, we agreed to a friendly rematch. NOT a deathmatch.

I think fighting IB will be difficult though not unfair. The ice would melt on contact and her constructs would short out.

Well it looks like I have a chance but she still seems like a good one, because IB'll get different disadvantages based on what Variation I have him use. :dash:

I gotta say this will all caps, I'm sorry...

DAMN THIS RP IS SOOOOO AWESOME WE SHOULD INVEST IN A VIDEO GAME FOR IT!

No regrets. ^  :proud:

I think they fit together well. :kindness:

Too complicated and non-rocky for Maud. Maybe where Twilight fought Tirek?

Trixie... I have no clue. Something open spaced and urban, though; Trixie loves her shows. ^_^

By the way, I didn't Include bacon mane because I don't know much about her. If I write her, she'd essentially be "Twilight, but weaker," which is not very interesting. :sunny:

Well what you said about Sunny IS true. *sigh*

Any other canon ideas?

"Decided"?

I wasn't ready for that.

Oh well, good luck with that.

Yea, it's not bad. It's terrible. I'd be really bored of that, plus at least I'm justified learning the Sleight's magic polarity and countering it.

Well it looks like I have a chance but she still seems like a good one, because IB'll get different disadvantages based on what Variation I have him use.

We would have an issue though. Your character's ice would always melt when it comes into contact with my character's electricity, even though her's would short out and disappear too. But she can metalbend, what can your char do to fill that issue?

That's what we have Trixie for. She doesn't care about collateral, and she's got a more "interesting" style, to boot. :please:

Also, I noticed the question mark you stuck in front of Fluttershy; I find that hilarious. Just saying, you might want to stick that in front of Pinkie Pie too. :kindness:
