MLPForums Phanact 1,374 August 2, 2013 Share August 2, 2013 From my experiences, it works just fine with a keyboard and mouse... my mom began using it today, too, and she agrees that it's not that bad without a touchscreen. If I can ever obtain a copy without it costing then I'll definitely install it on separate partition to test it. MLPForums Phanact 1,374 August 2, 2013 Share August 2, 2013 Protip: Virtual machines. Nop. I'd rather partition my hard drive and get an actual feel for the operating system. It doesn't take long to do either. Virtual machines are just tedious and often more work than necessary. Linux is good inside a virtual machine but I wouldn't ever use Vista or higher inside a VM. Flying Space Badger 84 August 3, 2013 Share August 3, 2013 (edited) With the recent addition of a second monitor to assist with my live streaming, I decided to change my desktop around for the first time in about four years! On the left is my main screen and is a joke logo my EVE alliance was thinking of using due to the director's penchant for talking about burning goats to appease... something? He was never clear why exactly goats should be burned... The right is my "control console" and along with my icons and whatnot, features an image from an old gaming magazine (I honestly cannot remember which one) that was used to advertise the release of Xenogears.
