Whether it is a realistic car you might actually end up owning, or something you dream of one day driving, I'd love to hear about it.

 

Mine is the Mazda MX5. I don't care which type. All are (in my opinion) simply divine.

One I'm looking to buy in a few years (once I reach an age where insurance isn't sky-high for a 2-seater) would be an NA Miata preferably with no A/C or Power Steering. I hope the prices for these don't climb too high since they're classics now.

I am not much of a car person (not being able to drive attributes to that) but since I started playing Forza 5 over a year ago and loving it, I have gained some liking to different racing vehicles, specifically GT3 spec cars like this one:

 

 

Watching these types of races, especially on camera that is in the vehicle, is quite the sight.

Geez, this isn't an easy one. For me, I love muscle cars, stuff from the 60's and 70's with big motors, plenty of horsepower, and fuel economy that would make Hummers blush. Pontiac GTOs, Chevrolet Chevelles, Plymouth Barracudas, and so on and so forth.

I own my favorite car, would love to post pictures off her but can't at the moment. She's a Subaru Impreza Wagon 2006, love her a lot. Love everything about her. The Subaru Hawkeyes are pretty good looking in my opinion. Though she's my favorite I also love the new Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I do love the MMC evos the IX being my favorite and all Subarus are great looking. Have a lot of favorites but my Subaru is my favorite.

I really dig old Formula 1 cars.

 

Lotus 98T. Over 1 000 horsepower and to this day one of the most powerful race cars to ever exist.

 

 

The 1968 Matra MS11, because those exhaust pipes look awesome and god what a sexy engine sound. Skip near the end of the video to hear it in action.

Mini Cooper sportspack

 

 

I love the original Mini, and the sportspack edition had nice extras added that really make me want one

 

·       Chrome door handles, exterior and interior

·       Chrome grill

·       Nice colours

·       Chrome style dash board with rev counter and white dials

·       Leather

·       1.3 engine

·       4 spot lamps

 

And the cherry on the cake for me, is the fat wheel arches and the slightly dish style alloy wheels

 

Rover SD1

 

 

Built by British Leyland in the 1970s, the Rover SD1 wasn't really a very good car. But, to me it looks retro-futuristic, and elegant and classy.

The car that fixed where Triumph went wrong with the TR7 by making it a soft top. The hardtop on the old TR7s ruined the styling completely.

As a gearhead, and per my member title as proof ("Motor Oil Lubrication Expert", lol), I have way too many "favorite cars/trucks" to list.

I'll just name a few.

I love the GM body styles of the 80s, they are sharp, aggressive, and sleek.
