So.... it's been a while since I've been on here.... so I thought to come back with an SoL (Slice of Life for those who don't know) RP.

 

This is how it'll go: There is no story line, the people who RP in this will evolve it as it goes. No one has control over it. The only thing that they control is whom they meet. For example: Everyone can just meet at the same time (or different times) and become one big family-friends, or just down right hate each other. Everyone will have their OC's start off somewhere. Where ever they want to. Just please don't be on the other side of the world. Just be at least a train ride from one another if need be. Their OC's background will be in affect. It won't be: "Hey I was adopted and abandoned and use to be a banana that can shoot magical dancing rainbow ponies out of my eyes when I cry! But now since this is a new role play I guess I can throw that out the window and start a new!" It has happened before and I use to be one of those people. :okiedokielokie:

Moving on, There has to be some contact with a few people. It can be a quick chat to just passing one another. And since this is a slice of life, there is not limit on what you can do here. Just don't be a god and say "I'm the power of pi! Kneel before me or else I'll tell you everything about pi down to the last digit and make it rain sprinkles! Because I love science and all the baby goo-goo-bars that it makes with it!"

 

No one likes a Mary Sue either. No.... bad... no...

 

You might be asking: "So if there is no limit on what we can do here, then that means we can rob ponies?" And to that I say: Yes... you can.... hence the word "action" just don't be obsessive about it. This ain't GTP (Grand Theft Pony).

 

The slots are open: Mine will be Hazmat. He has a background story, it's just too long to write so if anyone asks, I'll write it in.

I barely recognized you... but your OC gave away who you are.... now I have never done a slice of life RP..... err technically I have but I backed out after the first week because.... reasons..... anyways I'd join you if you'd accept me.... I only have one OC but three different versions of him.... I couldn't careless which one I play as so I'll let you decide if you choose to accept me....

Sounds interesting to me and sounds like something that may be able to further character story. I wouldn't be interested in any of the romance stuff, but if you'd accept me i could use this ti explore Berahas quest to bring harmony between dragons and ponies with the interaction with other players

Already sounds like a story will be going on. There won't be any need of romance. It's just to add flavor. And don't shoot right into the story please, it doesn't let other people connect too well(That is if people will join in on the quest or naw). Unless it'll be a long adventure where they have to travel a lot and fight creatures then I guess that'll be good. Can I see your OC and his background?

Question, would it be ok If I had a pony with what would be considered magically made magically enhanced limbs to allow for a normal life? Am wanting to use my OC Quantum Aurora. Not going to use her exoframes. only her limbs. Her two legs and wings.

I backed out because the DM and another player offended me greatly by calling my OC a Mary Sue....

 

now there are a lot of pros and cons the Lone Assassin is interesting, powerful, but very unsociable..... the Adventurer is powerful and sociable but not as cool..... while the normal one I find him pretty boring..... but he is a mixture of both the Lone Assassin and the Adventurer.....

 

I guess I'll go with the Adventurer... since I don't use him as often as the other two

 

and as for what gave it away...... oh crap.....

 

WELL I FEEL STUPID.... I confused you with someone else....

I'll admit.... When I read the name, I thought it would've been a pony with silly colors and shades with vest that would have a cutie-mark as a bullet and a weird story. I started to think: "How am I gonna reject this guy without sounding mean?" Then I read and thought "Nah I like this character" So apologies for assuming the silly stuff. You too are in. But whom is Violet? ^~^

Lol. I was going to start her out without friends. She is a bit shy and has that constant spaced out look to her that makes others shy away from her. Physically she is blind. But there are special magic receptors in her limbs that give her sight akin to the daredevil.

The sigh is not entirely sound based.
