gaming Need upgrade path from techsmart ponies.

Okay, so I bought a cheap ASUS PC with an AMD A10 6700 APU. 

 

I need to know what discrete GPU is going to work best, as the only thing I can find from tom's hardware is go with the HD 6670, but I'm not going to waste my money on a 70 dollar card that gives you a 3-11% boost in FPS, it's just not worth it. I've heard some people have luck with an r7 260 or 280x. As for the cooling system and the PSU, I'm not worried, I still have my old tower that I dumped 3 grand on. The only reason I bought the ASUS is I cannot afford another Gulftown processor to replace my dead i7 970x. I do have 2 HD 6950's, but they are pretty obsolete, and I'm certain that the new onboard motherboard does not have multiple PCI-E 3 slots to accomodate this antique chipset. 

 

My absolute price cap is 160 USD. I know, ya'll are gonna tell me I should have just gotten an FX processor, but heck, I bought this rig for 220 bucks, so I can't complain about what comes with it.
