Radiant is somewhat hopeful she will improve but doesn't hold that hope closely to him because of those he has been involved with in the past.

He also doesn't "hate" her just finds her attitude distasteful when she's addressing a group who saved her and helped her

Well it has to be about character development since we plan on using elements and from Cannon it requires a strong connection for the elements to be able to link between the bearers.

FYI, @@HigurSan (and everyone), don't get too carried away. The elements do not work by themselves, and they shouldn't be able to fully connect with their bearers yet. That goes for everyone. The characters need to develop and have friendship and magic and stuff.

The posts have been perfect, though. But as of yet, Ironeye is not the element of magic.

I figured as much. Also as Amorè said the last of her mother's final gift still remains in the gem. She isn't giving it up. Also to be honest, the reaction that the element had should not have happened sense the element of magic has no power until the other 5 ignite it. The was what the GMs have already said about the element of magic.

Yeah, they're destined to be bearers but can't link to them until they portray the corresponding virtue.

 

But I think they can be a bearer without having a link of friendship they just can't use it until they are friends with the other bearers.

It's okay, though. It shows there is some connection.

But the element of magic, even upon touch, should no longer react. It should have made the connection, realized Ironeye was not ready, and pulled away. Until the rest of the elements are gathered, nothing will happen.

Is that okay with everyone?

Amorè will hold on to it until an event happens and she will be unable to continue to protect the element. IE: her battle with Pupa.

You know something funny I just realized. There are 5 bandit leaders. And 5 yet to be gathered main elements. Get where i am going here. 5 trials and the sixth is the spark.

Looking at higursan's post the gem fed off her magic for a second to confirm the link between Ironeye and the element. Because in cannon the element of magic didn't reveal itself until the other element s were revived and actively brought together. Since the element already exists then it has the potential to feed from its bearer's magic to minute amount to confirm the link/connection. Otherwise it can't provide power or magic until it has the other elements to feed their power into. The same goes for the other elements, they're all useless unless you have all the other elements.

Amorè would feel that the elements won't activate until the Trail of a sort is passed and the trait realized by the one who links them. Then the final trait is the link of friendship itself. Realized by the one who links them.
