What really happened was the princess came to this destroyed campsite which was attacked by Chrysalis. Chrysalis decided to spare me because I was only born that morning, but I was left behind to starve.

The next morning, the princess Aurora Wolf came to the ruins and heard me crying. She found me, picked me up off the ground, and took me to her home and cared for me ever since.
