Godzilla got beat by Ghidorah each time they fought and Ghidorah only lost because of heavy human intervention and interference...  In the final fight King Ghidorah was about to strike a finishing blow after dropping Godzilla down a far height... So Godzilla is not unbeatable and King Ghidorah would have certainly won in a fair fight
