Wait, if there is no house, how is there and adress? I mean there shouldnt be one. Take this box. Go to the other side of the world. Take 2 steps right and go straight 50m. Then travel 30* NW for another 80m. You will enter a forset. The 32nd tree of you walk north will have to rocks. Put the box on that rock and leave. It's the reason that why she sleeps her magic can sometimes do things that she doesn't mean to do. While building the house she enchanted every piece of it and gave her subconscious control. In effect, to control her magic slips she gave her subconscious a place to work. So instead of giant midnight heists with extremely high power magic, it's basically now just small magic feats such as levitation. Still TL;DR, the house is alive and connected to Scarlett. We've seen in the show that they have enchantments that can make things bigger on the inside, those same enchantments are used in the enchantments while building the house. The house is, "alive" like the TARDIS as in it can do things but not directly interact with anyone or anything. I plan to hint more things about things other than the house later :3 You'd be surprised at how many things I plan to underlay into what Scarlett does. Or you could say that time travel caused your cells to go mumbo jumbo, so they work a lot faster, "repairing" damage almost instantly... As long as it isnt... You know... A tank shell in the head... Not sure how cells could repair that... So, like young children, you will just generate tissue A LOT faster. Maybe that wouldnt make it... You know... Too immortal.
