I like the bridesmaid one from S02E26 and the hazard outfit from S04E07. If you included Equestria Girls, I would have picked the Daft Punk outfit xD

 

I'd say Fluttershy's best dress is her peacock dress from Make New Friends But Keep Discord.

Oh goody, you included a catalogue, and apparently she's worn a lot more outfits than I remember! Let's see...both Gala dresses are nice, though her fantasy dress looks far too plain for her usual designs...the red striped one makes her look like Waldo...those two are bath robes...the umbrella dress makes her look like a P.I...any dress involving purple looks nice...the brown on conjured up by Trixie almost scared her for life...

 

I was going somewhere with this, right? If I had to narrow it down, I would say both her Gala dresses, her Radiance costume, the Wonderbolt's outfit and the Princess Platinum costume.

My favourite is Rarity's dress from Too Many Pinkie Pies. The dress is a perfect shade of pink, the frills and the collar of her dress are cute and I just love those socks she is wearing. I also love how Rarity's hair is done up.

 

I'm also very fond of her Wonderbolt outfit and her camping attire.

Even though it's simple and not really a dress, I think my favorite is the pink cape.  I LOVE capes.

Some of these aren't even dresses but okay.

 

I love her bridesmaid outfit. I don't think ostentatious design works on the pony body (sorry I question Rarity's design MO) so the less bulk there is the better. Especially front end. Rear end bulk, like dress bulbs and the like, still work. In that regard I also like a lot of her Gala dresses.
