Also, finally somebody discusses how AWFUL the level curb in GSC was. Frankly the only even remotely challenging part of Gen 2 is just the grinding it forces you to do, and as said in the video that's not difficulty that's just bad game design... On the bad game design front there's also making it so if you took Cyndaquil the game almost plays itself... The battles themselves are actually easy. Even Whitney who's infamous for being difficult  just due to the Miltank really isn't hard at all if you just trade for the Machop.
