I don't think the Dazzlings will return, most likely the got kicked out of Canterlot High for what they did, but the can always return, you never know

I seriously doubt we'll see the dazzles, except maybe as a throwaway gag in Friendship games.

They're incredibly popular, so if there's a series I can see them coming back, or if legends of the everfree is just a movie even coming back in that movie. but not in Friendship games, there's too much going on as is.
