I'm wondering if there are any others who'd be interested in any sort of roleplay focused on transforming from humans into ponies.

 

Feel free to offer what you guys would like in terms of setting for such a thing.

A roleplay where a group of humans accepted the offer of a stranger named Den Fang to take them to a magical land of abundance and companionship. What the people didn't know was that the journey would resoundly change them into one of the most common inhabitants of the world: ponies.
 

For the application, give a link to your Roleplay Character. You can use a regular pony, and just RP the human element into it.

 

In addition to the link, please give a reason why the character would accept such an offer made by Den Fang.

 

If you're accepted into the RP, please put your first post as describing your transport to Equestria and your character's transformation into a pony.

I was thinking something along the lines of: the characters are transported to Equestria and then transform into ponies shortly thereafter.

 

Does a fast transformation or a slow transformation sound more up your guys' alley? And how does it sound for there to be a guiding figure for it? Should the guide be some pony they meet shortly after becoming ponies, or should it be whatever transported/lured them into Equestria to begin with?

I guess the important question to ask is: Why? Why have these people been transported to Equestria and turned into ponies? Cosmic accident? Something the big bad did? Are they being brought there to fight off a big bad? or were they just really lonely people who need a good dosage of friendship?

One idea I had was rather sci-fi-esqe.

 

In the layering of the multiverse, Equestria is far 'lower' down than Earth's. Transport to Equestria and subsequent transformation into ponies is like an electron shifting in an energy level, and it releases energy as well. Some force or creatures could do it in order to harvest the energy for their own purposes.

I would suggest it being somewhat fast... I've never liked the idea of humans interacting to much with the ponies for fear of causing trouble like humans so often do.
But, being changed into a pony doesn't really change who a person is, just what they are. I mean I guess they would draw less attention than a human walking around would...

I think a rapid transformation on arrival is a good idea too, that way things can quickly get to everyone trying to get used to their new bodies.

Just to make sure. Are the humans going to be us? Or are they someone you control? :)

The humans would be you guys, but basically your first post would be your character being transported to Equestria, and you describing the transformation.

Ok :) My oc Slashing inferno is in the sig. If you think he is op or you don't want that OC i will send you my other human character :)

I'd really prefer the humans the characters start out as to be rather mundane in nature, and Slashing Inferno doesn't strike me as that sort.

Oh, you accept EG OC's. Well he accepted the offer because things weren't going to swell at home. So he hoped for a better life by accepting an offer to a foreign land. Is that a good enough reason?
