Do you pour the milk or the cereal first?

Cereal of course I was tempted to do milk first once when I was younger, but when I applied the cereal...lets just saaay I made a large milk mess :3.

First I pour the cereal, then I eat the cereal.  Later, I pour the milk into a glass and then drink it.

Also I put the cereal in the bowl, then then milk. It fails like some sort of unholy thing to do the opposite.

Cereal always goes first. I like to pour the liquids onto the not-liquids, rather than the other way around. Feels more appropriate that way.

If you pour the milk first, then you can't snack on the plain cereal before getting the cereal wet. So, I pour cereal first, snack on it for a bite or two, and then pour milk.

Cereal first then milk later. That way cereal doesn't just float the moment I drop it in the milk, either that or splashes everywhere.

Cereal, then milk. Otherwise you just have cereal floating on top of the milk and you have to wait for it to sink down or else you have a mess.

I always pour the cereal first. I don't think anyone in my family has cereal with pouring the milk first.
