This is stated in the Global Rules here: Don't roleplay outside of Roleplay World or the Ask a Pony sections. It's just silly - we all know you aren't a pony, and it only serves to clutter the forums. Octavia's Hall has it's function, and that is not for RP. If you wish to RP as is stated in the OP, you are welcome to create an OOC thread and RP thread in the respective "Everfree Empire" sections. Outside of that this thread will be locked.
