If you don't know them, I'll list their names and what they look like.
1. Twilight Sparkle (The one with tied purple hair)
2. Sour Sweet (Has pink hair tied in a ponytail with freckles and seems to be the leader of the group)
3. Sunny Flare (The one with short hair)
4. Indigo Zap (The girl with navy blue hair)
5. Lemon Zest (Has lime green hair with headphones. She's my favorite! ^w^)
6. Sugarcoat (She has silver hair with pigtails)

Design wise I would say Sour Sweet.

But from character and story potential I would go with human world Twilight.

However it seems that the human counterpart of Fleur Dis Lee is a student of the Crystal Prep Academy..She will not be part of the team, but she is practically already my favorite for that school.

• I like Sugarcoat a lot. Her design is beautiful. And her personality is great. She's so straightforward. XD She seemed like she'd be friends with Pinkie Pie to be honest. It would kinda be a little bit like her relationship with Maud, except for less awkwardness.

 

• I like Lemon Zest's design, as well. She was more of a side character though, so I don't know much about her or how she's like.

 

• Indigo Zap is totally a Lightning Dust re-color

  I agree with this 100%. They were dumb for putting in Indigo Zap instead of Lightning Dust. They are just creating more characters in the universe. UNLESS, did Lightning Dust go to CHS? Maybe she just didn't appear? Or did she appear and I forgot.

 

• Sour Sweet has a bit of an attitude and seems VERY sarcastic, but I do love her design and little freckles!

 

• Sunny Flare, like Lemon Zest, is more of a side character. I do like her hair though.

So from my favorite to least favorite, it had to be (only counting side Shadowbolts):

1. Sugarcoat
2. Sour Sweet
3. Lemon Zest
4. Sunny Flare
5. Indigo Zap

• Twilight from Crystal Prep seemed to be like Twilight from the beginning of MLP:FiM. Not very social and wants to learn more. I'd put her at about #3 for the list of favorite Shadowbolts.

The movie is finally out, but I really wish they would've gotten more lines and screen time(probably my biggest issue with the movie), but what we did get:

 

- Sugarcoat was hilarious. Probably the funniest of the bunch, I loved how just blunt and deadpan she was with all of her lines

- Sour Sweet was also pretty funny. Over the top in sarcasticness and then just losing it. Also with her final line I guess she has mood swings a lot too

- Lemon Zest, despite not getting as much screen time and only one line, still seems like a pretty fun character with a good taste in music. Also she was probably the only one who wasn't a complete dick to Twilight at the start. She also has the best design of the bunch.

- Unfortunately I feel Sunny Flare really got the shaft. She didn't get much lines, screen time, or a chance to show off any of her personality and stand out. Despite that, she still has my second favorite design

- Lightning Dust Recolor is a Lightning Dust recolor. Like Sunny Flare, Indigo Zap doesn't do much to stand out, which hurts her more considering she's already too similar to an already existing character
