On the top next to your notification click on your username, and a drop down menu will appear

Go to the "my settings" page and click on "Signature"

Go to tinypic and upload your signature image (Has to be the 500x100) , copy the bottom link and then go back to the "Signature" page. Click the little tree icon and paste the link, save it and boom!
