planning a Shamed traveling robber

This is my first RP that I have created and is about my new Character Jade how is a kleptomaniac that wants to help himself. so my idea is to have a story revolving around him and his new friends/enemies when he travels to Mainhatten which has many events coming up like a museum opening, a fancy party and a giant festival of flowers. I wanted to make this a non action based RP so if anyone has any good ideas then tell me
