Curry a snack or a drink

When put with rice it counts as a meal, but by itself it is mostly a liquid. So is it a snack or a drink?

If what I've been told about Curry is true, then you'd be a madman to try to drink Curry.

 

Anyways, not every liquid is a beverage. Technically, any liquid meant for human consumption is a beverage, but really there are plenty of liquids that would earn you some confused looks if you referred to them as a 'drink'. For example, soups such as tomato soup can be drank, but one would be hard pressed to qualify it as a 'beverage'.

Curry isn't meant to be a drink. Thinking of it that way seems a bit odd to me.

Do you mean curry with meat and stuff in it or just curry powder dissolved in it?
