technology Outlook.com address book vs contacts WTH!

In response to the whole windows 10 oversharing passwords situation i am attempting to clean out all my address books and get rid of old unwanted contacts.

However, as an apparent idiot, i cant find my hotmail (now outlook) email account address book. I found contacts, but that is not the same thing. All my contacts are not being listed in Contacts and i know this because im being prompted to invite ppl from my address book to join my skype contact list (didnt even know i had one of those) and the ppl being dislayed in that prompt are not displayed in Contacts.

So how the heck do i access my address book so i can delete everybody?! Ive googled it all over the place and its either unsolved or ends up being office outlook ir something.

Hmm. Getting a server error. Thank you for the link, i will certainly try multiple times to get in.

You are welcome!

That's odd, I have tried it just now and it worked. However on mobile it only worked if I use the browser option to request the desktop version of the site.

Also, I am at work so I don't know if that has anything to do with it

Ok. So I got logged it but I still can't find where to access address book

Alright, well I deleted the three contacts that the Skype prompt had been dragging up from somewhere. They solves the issue of the invites, but I still think there might be an address book out there, that issue is still to be figured out.
