request Nude Shady Needs Clothes Pls

This is my OC Shady, say hello Shady!

He just looks so sad doesn't he? Ikr, for this rp I'm doing with my gf, Shady is going incognito and needs your help! What I need is these listed items to be drawn,vectored, whatever'd onto Shady. I need the background to be transparent if possible...but that's about it!

 

 

1. A black cloak covering everything except his tail, head and legs. 

2. Black boots with a light blue pattern on them(any pattern is cool)

3. His eyes are fully light blue, same color as his boot pattern.

4. And he has a black scarf with a blue pattern covering his mouth.

 

I really hope somepony decides to do this. ;~; *cue the sad music*
