It's a looong process! Saying simply, I have to embroider eyes/cutie mark, cut out body pattern, assemble body, draft mane/tail pattern, cut out mane/tail, assemble mane tail and stitch them all together!

I've seen some of the ad ons that you made. The detail on some is nutzen bombad good. Would you say you have almost as much fun making the accessories as you do the pony itself?

What do you consider the most important part of customer service in general?

I think being friendly and trying to break that whole "you're paying me for a service" barrier is important, but above all, learning to just shush and appease your customer, haha. If someone is difficult (none of you were difficult  , dear commissioners) it's fun to accept their overly specific or frustrating request as a challenge and make it happen. I'm the type of person to say "Yes, I can make that happen!" before I can know I can make it happen...but it hasn't failed me once! 

 

 

 

Would you say you have almost as much fun making the accessories as you do the pony itself?

More. More fun. If I could make tiny plush guns all day, I would. I think I just like miniatures, really. I particularly like saddlebags, as of late.

Fried chicken I've been in the south all my life, haha. You marinate it in orange juice and then cook it up, it's fantastic. Southern orange chicken
