What Is Your Favourite Time Period In History?

The 90s, for sure. I was born in 88... but I grew up mostly during the 90s. I really miss the cartoons and stuff from that time. ;o;

Ancient Greece and Rome, the first half of the 20th century and the 2000s. I would give nearly anything to live in the 2000s again.

Though, I don't think anybody would want to live in a pre-industrial civilization. Some here mentioned pirates and the Roman gladiators and sure othes dream of knights, princesses, explorers and the like. Unfortunately, back then people of this kind were just a very tiny minority, most members of pre-industrial societies were farmers who could barely make ends meet.

For living, I'd probably say the 90s... For studying, I'd probably say from the end of WW1 to the end of the Cold War.

I'd say this decade. I would say the 90s, but there were some pretty big problems about that era that made it kinda undesirable. I'd say why, but I don't wanna get political.

My favorite period starts from the Russian Revolutions of 1917 and then goes all the way through 1929. That history is just so so fascinating

I think I like the 1950's since that is where most of my inspiration for design comes form. I have street lamps that look like Star Wars, that were designed in 1950. Just think about that for a moment.
