Nice poll! But I don't know if Sunset Shimmer counts as a Mane 7 pony because she doesn't really live in Equestria... '~' But she lives on the other side of the mirror so oh well!

Yeah I edited it, but there are many theories of how Sunset Shimmer is a part of the mane 6 and she used to live in Equestria and she was just like Twilight, a student of Princess Celestia until she left Equestria and turned evil.

Favorite pony. Always been Applejack. It's nice that Sunset is included since she is technically a pony, but we really haven't got to see her as a pony, so it's hard to really consider her in my opinion.

 

Favorite Dazzling. I enjoyed all of them as villains, but I tend to like Aria Blaze the most. She's aggressive, grouchy, sarcastic, and she just plain looks and sounds cool. Perhaps she didn't stand out as much as the other two, but I still find her underrated by comparison.

 

Favorite Ship. Couldn't care less about fandom-perceived romance between extremely minor characters, but I voted for LyraBon, since it's obvious the writers are gunning for it. It's the only one that has even an air of implications thus far, and they're pretty heavily hinted at.

 

Favorite Equestria Girl. Sunset Shimmer, by virtue of being the most interesting of the lot by far. Save for Equestrian Twilight, she's been the one with the most focus, and she really shined in Rainbow Rocks. Definitely MLP's biggest breakout character. The Humane Five are less developed versions of their pony selves, and without a lot of personal growth, they just aren't as compelling as their pony counterparts yet. And it's still too early to judge Human Twilight, the Shadowbolts, and Midnight Sparkle, but I'm confident that they'll all be great.

I'll have to agree with you with some things, and I think there should be more Apple Jack  fans since she is one of the least appreciated ponies.

-Favourite Pony: Apple Bloom Twilight. I love all six/seven of them but Twiley has recently earned her way to be my favourite of the mane six. She just reminds me too much of myself.

 

-Favourite Dazzling: Aria Blaze. No idea why. I would expect myself to like Sonata or Adagio better but... Yeah, I've got nothing. 

 

-Favourite BG Ship: Probably OctaScratch even though I ship all three. I think I may like them the most since I tend to try and play my violin in a dubsteppy kinda fashion most of the time.

 

-Favourite Equestria Girl: Sunset Shimmer, easily. The first movie, I couldn't care much for her but when I finally watched Rainbow Rocks... My whole opinion changed immeditally.

Favorite background ponies ship: Out of those 3, my favorite is Vinyl x Octavia (especially since Slice of Life)

I really liked Rarity in the first movie.

She's an effective, competent villain and I'm attracted to power and confidence. I also liked her songs and like her voice, dat evil laugh.

Favorite Pony: Rainbow Dash - Cool, confident, and awesome. Plus she's a great flyer.
