Well, my first pick would be Fluttershy, since she's adorable both in terms of personality and looks.

 

...But I might change my tune if I had to smell her.  I mean, I don't want to insult poor, demure, vulnerable little Fluttershy here, but let's be objective:  being around animals all the time doesn't do much to help your aroma!  With that context in mind:  if the smell were an issue, Pinkie Pie would probably be a better pick!  (Being in a bakery does help your aroma!)
