Now this...this is what I'm talking about! Love that progression you've got there, but be sure when it's done, you have a way for a smooth resolution. As of now, you have a great progression, but it lacks a rounding/resolving chord. I see you have a V in the middle of it and this piece is in F#/Gb Major. 

 

Here's what you have now:

 

I-vi-V-III-IV

 

If you stick a V right at the last part of the progression, and make that IV a half-beat duration, it will sound smoother. 

 

But all in all, it's a great start. For an interlude/bridge, you can play around the I or the vi, or even alternate between the I, the IV and the vi. Just be sure you've got a V to return back to the main theme you've got running. 

 

Also, very nice use of those build-ups. 

 

Keep going at it. Can't wait to hear the full thing.
