HTML tags showing up when you quote or edit on mobile.

<p>When I try to reply to someone I get HTML tags in the box, you can remove them but it's annoying.</p>

Also I tried editing this and they also show up, I will leave them in as an example.

Just a question, does it take a while to load when editing? Because when it takes time to load it doesn't properly load the field contents.
