I caught that too! Nice touch with that.

 

It was a worthy addition to the films. It felt like some of the stiffness from the original returned, but that last act was decent.

 

I think in the end this will likely be ranked lower that RR but still better than EqG. Sunset is still well developed and remains my favorite EqG character.

I quite enjoyed the movie.  The bunny scene brought a smile to my face and the climax was terrifying and gorgeous.  

 

The "Release the Magic" song made me cringe, mainly because it brought to mind some rather... unfortunate and tragic things that happened in the past due to bullying, as well as some of the darkest thoughts I ever had about my peers.

This movie had a pretty strong start until the climax. It was a bit too on the bizarre side for my tastes. I couldn't even tell what was going on there. So my ranking is:
