[OC] Mercy - FalloutEQ themed

Finally finished developing this character. Her nickname is Mercy, I made her so I could maybe do a Fallout themed RP with a friend. Her cutie mark is a 40mm grenade shell wrapped in a shield. I named her after the heavy grenade launcher weapon "Mercy" found in Fallout New Vegas.
