the rules to cartographer

1.start by choosing a piece of unincorporated land, download the map included & fill in the land you wish to have. name it and create a flag

2. if no land is available, you may secede from another country. they may either let you secede or declare war

3.war is fought by replying to one another with scenarios of fighting. anything to can think of. anything goes. except you get one nuke and that's it. the winner is the last person to comment on the reply
