I didn't notice what Cadence's magic color was at first, but I definitely noticed when it was different. Green light just screams evil. However, I was expecting her to be possessed.

I'm not simple minded, but I do admit I sometimes miss out on the smallest things. However I notice this stuff quite often. (in MLP or other shows.)

Her blue glow matches her cutie mark... that blue heart gem. I thought it went well with her color scheme, considering blue is really pretty with all those shades of purple/pink.

I thought that the green magic was weird, but I didn't pick up on the fact that it actually was different until this thread. Thank you, OP. Or should I say, My Queen.
