Cutie map in Season 6?

As you may have noticed, we haven't gotten a lot of Cutie map episodes in season 5.

 

Do you think we are going to get more episodes like this in season 6?

Considering the new "Explore Equestria" toyline, probably. Maybe even more focus than we originally got this season, and the CMC might even be called (they're centered around Cutie Marks, it seems like a given).

If they're gonna keep the map, I'm hoping they go for more underused(Rarity/Fluttrshy, Twilight/AJ, Rainbow/Twilight) or unused pairings(Rainbow Dash/Rarity, AJ/Fluttershy, and especially Rarity/Pinkie) and groups rather than the overused pairs like Rarity/Applejack or Fluttrshy/Rainbow Dash

I hope we get to see more of it in season 6, since we've only had a few episodes related in the season.

And I kind of hoped for more of it than we actually got.

Most likely not...if they do.....it'll be a first with carrying something over to another season.

 

Season 1 Twilight would send letters to Celestia.... then transitioning to Season 2, it expanded to all of the Mane 6 sending letters.

 

Then Season 4 was them making a diary.....transitioning to Season 5 with the cutiemap

It'd make sense for them to keep the map around but who knows?  We'll have to wait for the S5 finale to get a clue as to where S6 will be heading.  

 

Maybe the Mane 6 will be traveling through time to solve problems.....

Maybe, maybe not. Considering it corresponds to the cutie mark magic theme of season 5, it leans on the side of not likely.

I'm expecting probably about 3 episodes next season, same as this season. Enough to make sure its kept as something relevent to who the mane six are, but not anything really huge.

It would be neat if the CMC used the cutie map for one episode in season 6.

Keep the map, but allow members OUTSIDE of the Mane 6 and Spike to consider joining in on the Cutie Map missions.

Just about ANYONE can qualify for his or her own story mission.  It doesn't have to involve the Mane 6 and/or Spike.
