Quick note - please never assume that moderators see every single thread that is posted. The only way to guarantee a moderator will see a thread is to report it - not to state "mods, please do X; thanks" in your post. I happened to come across it by chance and fulfilled your request, but please report your thread in the future if you would like to bring it to our attention.
