Now I'm watching DuckTales(2017), I'm one season in and I've been entertained so far, didn't think I'd see so many animal designs that I was so fond of in just a season(one of the background dogs is the cutest characters ever), lol I love how they reference the cogs,(avid toon town player) lol and the universe makes me want to see it relived, it makes me want to be in the tooniverse when I see Disney OC rendors that I really like

Star Wars: Andor. I only saw the opening episode tonight and it was better than the usual Disney Star Wars garbage. It actually had some clever writing, decent direction and wasn’t as bogged down by Disney’s woke boardroom as everything else they’ve made. This was only the first episode so I’m reserving judgment until the entire series is over.

Still watching Andor. I was really skeptical starting this series because Disney and Star Wars simply don’t mix. But dang, I’m impressed so far! They only drop one episode a week (that’s Disney making sure subscribers fork out three months worth to follow a show) but so far the writing and characters are very compelling. Rogue One was the only Disney attempt at Star Wars that even remotely worked, and this series seems to be following that template. I hope the rest of the series holds up. Right now it has me seriously hooked.

There is a Kirby TV show?? :o

I am living under a rock it seems

Used to be on WB when I was a kid, it had its own website with a feature that replicated cartoon networks C'Zones but only with Kirby characters

The Santa Clauses (2022) Disney just streamed this waste of time. I had hoped Tim Allen would bring a breath of fresh air to the typical Disney board room rubbish, but no. It’s still the artless, over-processed and churned-out pap Disney always makes and, as such, sucks. I’ll stick with Andor which, despite being Disney, slipped through the cracks and came out great.

The last TV show I watched was "Friday Night Lights".

I am/was looking forward to "The Santa Clauses" but I haven't seen it yet.  The original "The Santa Clause" is one of my favorite movies, too. :sunny:

Just finished watching Wednesday, I really like it 7/10. Since I bought FireStick, I watch TV every evening. This is an awesome device. It is great for streaming and watching TV in the comfort of your own home https://www.firesticktricks.com/install-best-vpn-firestick.htmlBut some people like to install Kodi, which allows you to watch very popular third-party content.

“Wednesday”. I’m only on episode 3 and already bore with it. I guess I was having too much expectations since I’m familiar with the Addams family franchise/lore since the begin of their time, directed by Tim Burton, and composed by Denny Elfman. It’s like watching a very cringy “monster” teen show and not in a good way. Wednesday was good but the rest falls. The one character I hate so much so far is that Xavier. God, take a freaking hint when a girl DOESNT like you man. And most of all, he acted be like a big fat jerk and shitty towards her when she doesn’t return the feelings! I can’t stand a guy who’s not only clingy, obnoxiously obsessed, but just a asscrack when he can’t accept the fact when a girl have zero interest in them. And when the girl did show hints that they’re not interested, he continued to pursue her! I hope he dies. It’s not “romantic” it’s just pathetic and annoying.

I was kinda disappointed that the film doesn’t look like a Tim Burton even though he directed it. Needs more “morbid” setting and unsaturated colors for the background and setting. Don’t know how to describe it but if you seen all his films you will know what I mean.

so far… I rate this series 3/10. Poor predictable plot so far, and poor acting skill from mostly the guys and poor story pacing. Hopefully it will get better but… knowing how bad it looks I doubt it.

I've been watching Dark from netflix... ufff. It is really dark. Haha. Not so much because of the intricate narrative, but how deeply flawed and human are the characters. Like, nope. Too human human for me. I am not watching that anymore. Otherwise, I would recommend it, if you are into mature drama with sci-fi elements, and like to feel miserable and hopeless about life. It is really good at that.

Almost finished Wednesday on episode 5 now. It’s getting there being good I suppose. Although I kinda guessed where this all going from what I can tell so far. 5/10. But these characters like Tyler and Xavier.. seriously need a rewrite. But I do love Wednesday even more since she’s brings back the good o memories of my younger self.:ButtercupLaugh: Then again is it really a “phase”?:maud:
