Discord  disguise as grogar use Necromancy to bring king sombra back from the dead  in season 9 the beigning of the end and king sombra was killed off twice so I think they already did  it with       king sombra

Discord is implied to be borderline Omnipotent. It would stand to reason that he would have this power among others. It was just done off screen.

King Sombra was brought back by Necromancy  so it did happen in season beginning  to the end and he got killed off again
