@@Shadow Dancer, Also, kind of a side note, but would your  character be eating steak? In the Fallout Equestria universe, its implied that eating meat before the bombs fell was rather are in ponies, if it was prevalent at all. Sorry, I know i`m not even part of the RP at this point, but I thought i`d point it out.

normally that would be true, but the start of this game takes place right before the megaspells go off, and by this time all the pegasi had gone above the clouds

Not necessarily there were still Pegasi that didn't live in Clousdale during the mega-spell I.E  Fluttershy, Rainbow dash, Scootaloo. Granted Fluttershy did end up killing herself and Rainbow dash and Scootaloo were both branded as traitors but still.

Also, are you sure Pegasi are all above the sky-layer at this point? If I`m recalling correctly, they only sealed up the sky after the first mega-spell hit Cloudsdale...

well keep in mind, that the starting point for this RP is a few hours before the manehattan megaspell goes off, so im assuming thats already happened, and a megaspell didnt hit cloudsdale if i recall it was just a regular missle barrage

I just checked, actually. Cloudsdayle was the location of the very first megaspell strike. You can check yourself. Its not a big deal, I realize, just something I thought i`d point out. I mean, you could have it be one of the sites mentioned getting hit by Ron Perlman the newscaster.

my Character that I normally run with is a changeling, but I believe that changelings would have never been allowed in the vaults and other such stuff, and had to survive in the wastes for 200 years barely surviving.

So going on this could I introduce my OC after the vault has been opened? 

Or Would you rather not introduce a changeling at all?

Well I'd really like to join this topic, but BOTH of my registered OC's are pegasi.

 

I could, however (for the entirety of this roleplay) have them both be Earth Ponies, since their lack of pegasi-ness wouldn't really bother me that much.

Edit: Oh right, prewar stuff. Ummhhh, well Meson Bolt would be a librarian's assistant living in a residential home near where the megaspells hit. Since Spits' previous job was on a weather team, for this roleplay she'd be unemployed and living with Meson.
