In the Sombraverse in part one, I saw something that reminded me of something else.  Take a look at Rainbow Dash here

 

notice her scar and metal wing.  all I saw during that scene was  Jet from Cowboy Bebop.

 

 

 

This was just me. i don't know if this was intentional or not, but I thought it was a cool similarity none-the-less.

The scar on the eye in general is pretty common in media, no references or anything. Anakin Skywalker had it too

I honestly thought that her left wing just has armour on it and that it wasn't a prosthetic limb.

I figured it her right wing armour just fell off during the battle.

While it is possible gor thst to be armor, I would disagree because no other pegasus has it. Their armor falling off is possible but not very likely.

yeah, what thrillho said. It made me think of siegfried for example. An instant way to make a character look more "badass" is to give them that scar across their eye. its very iconic.
