I would still take Twilight in a head to head match vs Starlight Glimmer.

 

I feel like she struggled partially because of the situation she was in.

Because she's a f****** unicorn. Unicorns can do pretty much anything unless there isn't a spell for it. If she had the ability to make things disappear, villains would be dead in a matter of seconds. (spoilers)

 

I know she's an alicorn, but I would hate to ruin the surprise for someone who hasn't gotten to the end of season 3.
