i have an issue with my profile it's the about me section some times the info i put on it disappears at random times and sometimes not let me add anything to it

• Are you saying that when you edit your About Me, sometimes it just deletes itself without warning?
• Also, when it doesn't let you add anything, it means that the About Me editor won't open?

after i added stuff to my about me page on my profile after awhile i go back to my profile some of the writing goes blank and I go back to edit the about me section again its the same there

Are you clicking the 'x' on the About Me editor? That is a known issue that erases your About Me and how this tends to happen.

I have checked the member's About Me, and now it seems to be working properly. That, and the lack of responses for such a long period of time are an indicator that this thread's purpose is done, so I can lock it. Have a nice day!
