If this includes Discord and his like then either Tirek or Discord. Discord would be cool because I like chaos, he likes chaos, being a prat is generally something we are both good at. Tirek would be cool because soul stealing and destruction would be entertaining. Although with Discord I wouldn't want him to work for me, I'd want more of a partnership. I would certainly want Tirek as a minion under my command.

 

If this does not include Discord & Co. I'd want Starlight Glimmer because she's cool.

Twilight Sparkle, obviously. Magic is useful on its own, but Time Magic is a whole new level of useful, as is the spell that makes temporary replicas of yourself, and it opens up so many possibilities. Also, having a friend as smart as me (Or smarter) would be awesome.
