Depends on the temperature, of course (I am pretty chilly).

I have a bunch of long-sleeved and -legged pj's, particularly for the cold winter nights. But sometimes, when it's hot enough on summer, I'll go in my underwear - or just my sleep mask.

I wear a t-shirt and shorts when I go to sleep. I haven't worn pyjamas in years and I'm not comfortable sleeping nude.

I tend to switch it up. Sometimes I'll wear pajamas, other nights I might wear just an oversized shirt and underwear to bed.   I have never and would never want to sleep nude.

If I have a choice, gym/cargo shorts and a t-shirt. I lose the shirt if it's too hot. But sometimes I'm so tired that I fall asleep in full uniform, combat boots and all. I'd say that happens a good 25% of the time.

There were a couple times that I fell asleep in full battle rattle (kevlar helmet, kevlar vest, assault pack). But those occasions are very rare.
