Search Feature problem?

I did a search for "least favorite" and got nothing that had anything about "least favorite pony" in it on the first 2 pages of results, so I ended up duplicating a thread.

Maybe the search feature could include a relevancy filter?

 

Seriously you can still duplicate the search and get the same results I have:

Already on the 3rd page and still nothing about least favorite pony, except for my post which is now locked.

Actually, the search filter works, but it works similar to Google's search engine, where it would benefit more if you used quotations.

 

Also, it searches actual posts in a thread, as well as the thread's name and tags.

 

I'm going to leave this to a moderator or higher, though, as They know more than I do.

The search box searches both topic titles and the posts within the topics. By going to the advanced search menu (click the gear beside the search box), you can choose to search topic titles only - that might get you the results you're looking for.
