You wanted some feedback on your design, so I would suggest that you stay away from Comic Sans and try to use the same font both inside the card and on the reverse side of it. The title on the front should also read "Happy Birthday, Nico!" rather than "Happy Birthday! Nico" (notice the location of the exclamation marks.

 

The colour scheme is very pleasant and reminds me of fruit punch - which is awesome.
