Why do women hold their hands over their mouth

To me that action seems quite....feminine.

Therefore it just looks more appealing when a girl does it instead of a guy, that's maybe why you see pictures of only females doing it when you search it up.

Here's the truth.

Women are actually not surprised by anything at all. What surprises men, bores them. So they're actually yawning. But the surprise boredom happens so fast. So does the yawn. Hence why it's often mistaken as a gasp. So, as not to appear uncouth, ladies cover their mouths.

Make sense?

Same here to. What bores me is dresses and clothes that serves no practical sense, and yes i also think suits is symbol for rich people so i hate that too. You nailed it :)

Feminine stuff is boring

Not good to do it now lol. Basically the advice is to not touch your eyes or mouth or nose.. I bet this counts for ears too. Since its one way the infection can enter your body systems

Princess Peach like to do girly things like holding her hands over her mouth and cream Mario! That's the only girl I can think about that actually do that.

Haha you mean scream?

I think women do that so they can burp silently :orly:

Do women burp? :wau:

So that's it then! They hide everything behind their hands!

I guess because it's more acceptable for men to have "unrefined" manners than women although I don't see an issue if you don't do this.

As far as I know I don't do it, though I don't tend to open my mouth unless I'm talking. I typically show surprise by raising my eyebrows :devious:
