I personally think they are all extremely beautiful, but I'm gonna have to go with Princess Cadence.

Well, we all know that if Rarity became princess, she'd be the unanimous winner. But luckily for Celestia, Luna, and Cadence this isn't the case. Rarity will allow them to receive their deserved praise...for now.

Cadence was made to be beautiful and gorgeous, while Luna is gorgeous and regal, and Celestia is Regal Beauty.

Cadence is not that regal in appearence, so there is more ... place for beauty and gorgeous.
