Why do the actors need to have read the fanfic before? 

well it wouldn't make sense to do voice acting on something that you haven't taken the time to go over and read, right? I guess I just like to do stuff in a way so everyone is on the same page. This isn't just a rule for the voice actors. It applies for both. The rukes at the bottom are extra rules for the animaters, not the only rules.
